Simply present your confirmation email at the ticket collection point outside Rainforest Wild Adventure between 8.30am and 10.00am for verification and collection of your admission tickets.

• Meals, snacks and beverages

• Parking charges

• Personal expenses and purchases

• Activities, experiences or attractions not included under the 5 Adventure+ activities

• Any other items not stated under “What’s Included”

• Participants must present their event confirmation email at the designated registration point during the stipulated registration hours for verification and admission.

• Admission is valid only for the event date stated in the confirmation email.

• Participants who arrive outside the designated registration hours may not be guaranteed admission or redemption of event entitlements.

• All registrations/tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they and their accompanying family members are physically fit and able to participate in the event and its activities.

• Participants take part in the event and its activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings at all times.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTUC Club, UPlay, the venue and their respective partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident or expense incurred by participants arising from or in connection with their participation in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• The event will be conducted rain or shine, unless otherwise advised by the organiser. Selected activities may be modified, delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions, safety considerations or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The organiser shall not be liable for any disruption, cancellation or changes arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, venue closures, safety considerations or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, activities, event timings, entitlements or other event arrangements where necessary without prior notice.

• Participants must comply with all prevailing Mandai Wildlife Reserve park rules, regulations and safety requirements, as well as instructions from the organiser and park staff.

• Photography and videography may be conducted during the event. By participating, attendees acknowledge and consent to photographs and/or recordings taken during the event being used by NTUC Club and UPlay for publicity, marketing, communications and archival purposes.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel the event.
