No, you do not need to be an NTUC Member to sign up for a UPlay account. While NTUC Members enjoy exclusive benefits and discounted rates on UPlay experiences, membership is not a pre-requisite for creating an account.
UPlay offers a three tier rate pricing for experiences and bookings:
- Guest: The standard, non-member price
- NTUC Membership: A preferential rate offered to existing NTUC Union Members
- UPlay Premium: An exclusive membership that offers the lowest rate for subscribers
Your eligible member rate will be displayed directly within the experience listings only after you have signed up or logged in to your UPlay account.

The special NTUC Member Rate is exclusively for members who hold a valid NTUC Union Silver Membership card.
To ensure the rate is displayed for you, please follow these steps:
- Verify or Update Details: Go to your account -> Edit your Profile -> Ensure that you have your Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Last 4 Alphanumeric NRIC updated.
Once you've logged in with your verified credentials, you can start enjoying NTUC member rates as the eligible rate will automatically be applied to the individual deals.

Yes, you can purchase tickets for someone else or as a gift. If it's an online experience, you're welcome to log in and join us virtually.
Corporate and group orders are subject to the availability of the specific experiences on UPlay. Look for a bulk order enquiry option on the specific experience page to see if it's available. Alternatively, please contact us for assistance.

The Premium Membership starts at an incredibly low price, as little as $2 per month.
Your initial membership fee will be billed immediately upon sign-up. All subsequent renewals will be billed automatically on the same day of the month/quarter/year, depending on your selected plan.

At this time, we do not offer a pausing option. If you need a break, you can cancel your subscription and easily resubscribe when you're ready to enjoy the benefits again.
Your exclusive access to rock-bottom pricing, early bird deals, and all other Premium perks will continue right up until the last day of your current paid billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to a standard account.
