• Early Bird Advantage: Priority Access provides a time window (e.g., 48 hours) for early booking but does not guarantee successful booking for limited-slot experiences.
• Deal-Specific Terms: All purchases made through UPlay are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the third-party merchant (e.g., cancellation policy, validity period of the voucher/booking). UPlay is not responsible for the merchant's fulfilment or individual T&Cs.

Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellations: Members must self-initiate the cancellation via the ‘Subscription’ section in their account profile.
• Retention of Benefits: Upon cancellation, the member retains full Premium benefits until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which the account reverts to a standard account.
• No Pausing: UPlay does not offer a pausing option for the Premium Membership.
