8:00am - Gather near 7-Eleven, Level 2 (New terminal: 5 HarbourFront Avenue, Singapore Cruise Centre, Singapore 099549) by 8:00am and collection of Ferry tickets

8:15am - Participant briefing             

8:45am - Check in to clear immigration and board ferry  

09:30am (SG Time) - Depart Singapore                      

09:30am (Batam Time) - Arrive in Batam Center International Ferry Terminal → Transfer to Grand Batam Mall                 

10:30am - Free & Easy shopping at Grand Batam Mall + lunch (own expense)         

1:30pm - Depart Grand Batam Mall → Eska Hotel

2:00pm - Check-in Eska Hotel

2:15pm to 3:00pm - U Club Mingle Session at Spa Lobby (timing subject to group size)
