Session 1: 2.30pm - 4pm (Register starts at 2.15pm)
Session 2: 4pm - 5.30pm (Register starts at 3.45 pm)

Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their selected session for check-in and to prepare their dogs before entering the pool.

📝 Registration & Admission

• Entry is strictly for registered participants only.

• Event slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

🐾 Pet Health, Safety & Pool Etiquette

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and furkids:

• Dogs must have a valid vaccination record or titer test completed within the last 12 months. A clear photo of the record on your mobile device, showing the vaccination date, is sufficient for verification upon entry.
• Dogs must be in good health and free from open wounds, infections, or signs of illness for at least 10 days prior to the event. Dogs exhibiting symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, runny nose, fever, or other signs of sickness will not be permitted entry.
• To minimise the risk of regurgitation during swimming, please avoid feeding your dog 3 to 4 hours before your scheduled session.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated session to allow your dog time for toilet breaks in the designated grass area outside the facility.
• Rinse your dog thoroughly, especially their paws, at the washing stations before entering the pool.
• Owners are required to clean up after their dogs immediately. Should an accident occur within the premises, please notify event staff after cleaning so the area can be properly sanitised.
• Dogs must remain under the supervision of their owners at all times. Any aggressive or disruptive behaviour towards other dogs or guests may result in immediate removal from the event.
• Wag & Wild and the organisers will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by dogs during the event. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets' safety and wellbeing throughout their visit.

👤 Owner Responsibilities

• Owners are fully responsible for the behaviour, welfare, safety, and hygiene of their pets.
• Dogs must remain on a leash at all times except in designated off-leash or activity areas.
• Owners are expected to be considerate of fellow participants and maintain a safe environment for all guests.

🏊 Pool Activities

• Participation in pool and water activities is at the owner's own risk.
• Dogs should be comfortable around water and supervised at all times while using the pool facilities.
• Event staff may request participants to leave the pool area if safety guidelines are not observed.

🍖 Food Sampling

• Pet food samples are intended for canine consumption only.
• Owners should exercise discretion and inform organisers of any known allergies, sensitivities, or dietary requirements affecting their pets.

📸 Photography & Videography

• By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across various media platforms.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

• The organisers, partners, and venue operators shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft involving participants, pets, or personal belongings during the event.
• Attendance and participation are entirely at the participant's own risk.

📢 Event Amendments

• The organisers reserve the right to modify the event programme, venue, schedule, activities, or these terms and conditions without prior notice where necessary.
