Create a beautiful and functional wooden side table in this immersive woodworking workshop designed for beginners. Over 1 Full Day Session, participants will learn the fundamentals of woodworking, including measuring, marking, cutting, joining, sanding and finishing techniques. Gain hands-on experience using woodworking power tools such as drills, jigsaws and random orbital sanders while learning the science behind the tools, materials and techniques used to achieve professional-quality results.

The workshop is suitable for beginners with no prior woodworking experience required and is conducted in a small class setting of up to 2 participants for a more personalised learning experience. Participants will learn a variety of woodworking methods, including rip cuts, cross cuts, drill-and-screw assembly and dowel joinery, before completing their own handcrafted side table. All materials, tools and safety equipment will be provided. Participants should wear comfortable attire suitable for workshop activities and avoid loose clothing, skirts, FBT shorts and accessories such as watches or jewellery. As woodworking activities generate sawdust, participants and their clothing may come into contact with dust during the session. The workshop is not recommended for individuals with a high risk of asthma.

Full-day Workshop: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included)
