• You will receive an order confirmation email from UPlay after your purchase.

• Once your collection is arranged, visit your selected outlet at the confirmed date and time.
• Present your UPlay confirmation email to the store staff.
• The staff will guide you to tap "Redeem Here" and enter the designated PIN to verify and complete your redemption.
• IMPORTANT: Please arrange your collection in advance. Walk-in collection without a confirmed appointment may not be accommodated.
