Head to Joya Onsen Cafe's reservation portal: www.joyaonsencafe.com/book-online. Check for slot availability under the "Third Party Vouchers" tab, under '2 Pax Private Onsen.'

Make the payment on UPlay. Note that reservations on Joya Onsen Paris' portal are mandatory; voucher purchase does not guarantee a slot.

Proceed to make your reservation at Joya Onsen Cafe's reservation portal. Select the "Third Party Vouchers" tab under '2 Pax Private Onsen.' Please enter your UPlay voucher/booking ID and use the code "UPLAYPRIVATE2" at checkout. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

The default in-house booking policy applies once a slot has been secured with Joya Onsen Cafe via WhatsApp. A full list of the policy will be sent in the booking confirmation email, along with the booking date and time slot.

- Show the confirmation email to the merchant upon arrival. The merchant will key in the PIN to complete the redemption successfully.
