• Purchase your admission ticket on UPlay and select your preferred date and time slot.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful purchase.
• Please arrive early to allow sufficient time for check-in, storage of belongings and briefing.
• On the day of your visit, present your UPlay confirmation email to the PLAYON staff for verification. The staff will verify your purchase and enter the designated PIN to complete the redemption.

• Grip socks ($3.50, available for purchase on-site)

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for check-in. Your session starts at the time stated on your ticket, and late arrivals will not receive an extension of play time.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. Baby formula, water bottles and all beverages must be consumed outside the venue.
• Guests must not participate if they are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, severe vertigo, or are affected by flashing images or VR motion.
• Weekday Tickets are valid on regular weekdays only.
• Weekend / PH / School Holiday Tickets must be purchased for visits on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and School Holidays.
• Incorrect ticket selection may result in admission being refused and the ticket being forfeited without refund.
• Admission is valid for 1 guest for one 2-hour session.
• Ticket is valid only for the selected date and time slot.
• Voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Admission must be booked and redeemed within the voucher validity period.
• Individual attractions may have specific age, height, weight or safety requirements.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by PLAYON staff.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
