4. Please arrive early for check-in and briefing

6. PLAYON staff will verify your purchase and enter the designated PIN to complete the redemption

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for check-in. Your session starts at the time stated on your ticket, and late arrivals will not receive an extension of play time.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. Baby formula, water bottles and all beverages must be consumed outside the venue.
• Guests must not participate if they are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, severe vertigo, or are affected by flashing images or VR motion.
• Admission is valid for 1 Adult + 1 Child for one 2-hour play session.
• The child must be under 8 years old OR under 120cm. Eligibility will be checked upon entry.
• Children under 4 years old enter free.
• Voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
• The selected visit date must fall within the voucher validity period.
• Ticket is valid only for the selected date and time slot.
• Customers must select the correct ticket tier based on their intended visit date.
• Weekday Tickets are valid on regular weekdays only.
