General Cleaning
• Vacuuming & mopping of floors
• Cleaning of kitchen surfaces
• Pressing & ironing of clothes
• Dusting of all rooms & kitchen
• Changing of trash bins
• Cleaning of toilets

Periodical Duties
• Wiping of interior windows, mirrors, doors & fans
• Cleaning of cooker hood, oven & refrigerator
• Changing of bed sheets
• Wiping interior of kitchen cabinets & drawers

*The job scope serves as a general guideline; cleaners will do their best to follow the requirements

• Valid for 4 cleaning sessions
• Sessions are subject to availability
• Booking to be arranged directly with the merchant
• Preferred timing can be requested after purchase

• After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email
• Contact the merchant’s WhatsApp number provided in the email to book your sessions
• Show your UPlay confirmation email to the merchant upon arrival. The merchant will enter a PIN to verify and complete your redemption.

• Sessions must be redeemed within 2 months from the date of purchase
• Advance booking of at least 7 days is required
• Rescheduling is subject to merchant availability
• Sessions must be used within the validity period
• Merchant reserves the right to reject service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable
