Create a one-of-a-kind hardwood memory box in this hands-on woodworking workshop designed for beginners. Guided by experienced instructors, participants will learn the fundamentals of woodworking, from measuring and marking to cutting, joining, sanding and finishing. Gain practical experience using a variety of woodworking tools, including Japanese pull saws, drills and random orbital sanders, while learning the techniques and craftsmanship behind creating a durable and beautifully finished memory box.

The workshop is suitable for beginners with no prior woodworking experience required and is conducted in a small class setting of up to 2 participants for a more personalised learning experience. All materials, tools and safety equipment will be provided. Participants should wear comfortable attire suitable for workshop activities and avoid loose clothing, skirts, FBT shorts and accessories such as watches or jewellery. As woodworking activities generate sawdust, participants and their clothing may come into contact with dust during the session. The workshop is not recommended for individuals with a high risk of asthma.
