This 2–3 hour Hand-Building Ceramics Workshop introduces participants to clay as a creative medium using traditional hand-shaping methods.

Under guided instruction, participants will learn how to form ceramics without a pottery wheel, using foundational hand-building techniques to shape functional objects. The session focuses on understanding clay, form, balance and basic construction, making it ideal for beginners.

By the end of the workshop, participants will complete up to two functional ceramic pieces, such as a mug or bowl, which will be professionally glazed and fired.
