Join a 3-hour culinary experience designed for all ages (minimum 12 years old), held in a beautifully renovated Peranakan shophouse. This intimate kitchen session lets you prepare Mediterranean dishes from scratch with Al guiding you closely throughout. 

Choose your cuisine - Moroccan, Italian, Provencale, Spanish, Greek, or Turkish—each featuring a starter, main, and dessert. 

The experience consists of: 

• 2 hours of cooking guided by Al, your passionate private dining chef 
• 1 hour of relaxed dining, where you enjoy the dishes, you prepared together 

Throughout the session, Al will share stories about food culture, ingredients, and the history of the home you’re cooking in. The pace is relaxed and beginner-friendly, perfect for families, friends, and food lovers alike. All ingredients, utensils, and aprons are provided. Enjoy your freshly cooked meal in the dining area, and feel free to take home anything you can’t finish. Vegetarian options and certain dietary needs can be accommodated—just check with the host beforehand.
