1. Purchase your preferred ticket on UPlay.
2. Advance booking is required. Please call +65 6816 2879 or email enquiries@bounceinc.com.sg to check availability and make your reservation.
3. Inform the team that you are booking through UPlay and provide your UPlay Booking/Reference Number for verification.
4. Once your booking is confirmed, BOUNCE will issue your admission ticket or booking confirmation.
5. On the day of your visit, present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter. BOUNCE staff will verify your booking and complete the redemption.

Important Notes

• Walk-in redemptions are not accepted and are subject to availability.
• Advance booking is highly recommended, especially on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• Customer Service operates daily from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enquiries received after operating hours will be attended to on the next working day.
