1. Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the WhatsApp contact number.
2. Contact Grounded Spaces via WhatsApp and provide your booking details.
3. The merchant will issue you a class credit for your purchased session.
4. Use the credit to book your preferred class and timeslot via the Grounded Spaces app or website.
5. Show your UPlay confirmation email to the merchant upon arrival.
6. The merchant will key in the PIN to complete the redemption successfully.

Please note: Class credit is valid for 1 month from purchase. Please book and attend your class within the validity period. If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid forfeiting your credit. The studio’s strict lateness policy applies, so please arrive on time.
