• When you are at the merchant’s location and ready to use your ticket(s), just let their staff know. They'll ask you to tap the Redeem Here button in your booking confirmation email and will enter a PIN to authenticate your purchase.

• Validity: This voucher is valid for three months from the booking confirmation date.  
• Cancellations/Refunds: Once a slot is booked, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. No refunds will be given for no-shows. You are permitted to reschedule once, but the booking must belong to the same outlet. Three days prior notice is required to re-secure your booking, or otherwise it will be deemed cancelled.
• Outside food and drinks are prohibited; however, birthday cakes are permitted with prior staff notification and approval. 
• You can bring your own alcoholic beverages, subjected to corkage fees at S$65 per bottle of wine, S$130 per bottle of liqueur, S$13 per bottle/can of beer.  All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing taxes, where applicable. 
• Special requests (such as party size) should be communicated to the merchant at the point of making the reservation.
