Booking:
• Before booking, please email your preferred booking dates to travel@uplay.com.sg. We will check and get back to you with the room availability.
• After booking, we’ll get back to you with the booking status within 2 working days. Kindly note that your payment serves as a reservation, so do keep a lookout for our follow-up email with the booking
status.
Surcharges:
• For stays that fall on the resort's peak period dates, the following surcharges apply:
- $300 (2 Pax in a LooLa Eco-Luxury Villa)
- $250 (2 Pax in a LooLa Chalet)
- $130 (Extra Adult above 15yrs)
- $70 (Extra Child 4-15yrs)
• An additional $15 ferry surcharge applies to stays falling on the following dates:
- Feb: 16-22
- Mar: 20-23
- Apr: 02-05, 30
- May: 01-03, 26-31
- Jun: 01, 05-07, 12-14, 19-21, 26-28
- Aug: 07-10
- Nov: 06-09, 20-22, 27-29
- Dec: 04-06, 11-13, 18-31
