• Undergo beginner lessons (group sessions) from a certified coach to attain a Proficiency Certification (PC). You’ll learn the fundamentals of golf and techniques of a golf swing.
• Upon completion of beginner’s lessons, you will be arranged for Proficiency Certification (PC) A PC is issued by a golf club to allow new golfers to play on golf courses in order to gain sufficient experience.
• PC grants players with temporary playing privileges and has an expiry date.  The golfer is expected to take the necessary steps to obtain a golf Handicap afterwards.

**FIRST SWING GOLF STARTER PACK – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Programme
- The programme consists of ten (10) one-hour group lessons conducted by certified golf coaches.
- Lessons will be held at designated venues and schedules as communicated by My Golf Kaki (MGK).
2. Programme Fees
- Fees include ten (10) lessons, the Golf Rules & Etiquette Theory Test, Proficiency Certification Test and a one-year MGK Membership (for first-time members only).
- Fees exclude driving range balls, range card charges and other personal expenses.
3. Minimum Class Size
- A minimum of four (4) participants is required for weekday classes and three (3) participants for weekend classes.
- If the minimum number is not met, the class will not commence and participants will be offered alternative dates and/or timeslots.
- Participants who are unable to attend the alternative arrangements will be entitled to a full refund.
4. Attendance
- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled lessons.
- Missed lessons due to absence, late arrival or no-show are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Make-up lessons, if any, are subject to availability and the coach's discretion.
5. Cancellation and Refund
- Registration is non-transferable.
- No refunds will be granted once the programme has commenced.
- In the event of programme cancellation by MGK, participants will be offered an alternative schedule or a full refund.
6. Weather and Schedule Changes
- MGK reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or amend lesson dates, times, venues or coaches due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Proficiency Certification Test
- Participants who complete the programme are eligible to sit for the Proficiency Certification Test.
- Passing the test does not constitute the issuance of an official golf handicap.
8. Liability
- Participants acknowledge that golf is a physical sport and participate at their own risk.
- MGK, its coaches and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or theft arising from participation in the programme, except where caused by negligence.
9. Photography and Media
- MGK reserves the right to photograph or record programme activities for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be featured should inform MGK in advance.
10. General
- MGK reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
