1. Complete your purchase on UPlay.
2. You will receive a confirmation email containing the ATA Medical booking link.
3. Book your preferred appointment online and enter your UPlay Invoice ID during the booking process.
4. ATA Medical will confirm your appointment via email or phone. If your preferred slot is unavailable, the clinic will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment.
5. Upon arrival, present your confirmation email to the clinic staff.
6. Tap the Redeem Here button on your UPlay voucher when instructed, and allow the staff to enter the redemption PIN to complete the redemption.

- Any additional medical services outside the selected package (e.g. additional blood tests, imaging services, specialist consultation)
- Insurance claims or reimbursements
- Cannot be used together with other vouchers, discounts, promotions, or CHAS claims

- Voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
- Screening packages are available only during ATA Medical's operating hours.
- No refunds for cancelled bookings.

- Any additional medical services beyond the selected package must be paid directly to ATA Medical.
- Purchases exceeding the voucher value, including applicable taxes, must be settled directly with the merchant.
