Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

When you are at the merchant’s location and ready to use your ticket(s), just let their staff know. They'll ask you to tap the Redeem Here button below and will enter a PIN to authenticate your purchase.

• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, gift or store credit.

• Voucher is valid for 3 months from purchase. Unredeemed vouchers after this period will be forfeited with no extensions. 
• Customers must present the UPlay purchase confirmation email at ToTT Store within 3 months to redeem and collect their physical voucher. 
• Upon issuance, the physical ToTT Store Voucher ‘s validity of 1 year from the date of purchase, as indicated on the voucher itself.
• Voucher is applicable to all products in-store.
• Voucher redemption is strictly in-store and cannot be used for online transactions.
• Any unredeemed balance will be forfeited; voucher must be fully utilized in a single transaction. 
• No refunds for cancelled purchases.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, gift or store credit.
• Purchases beyond voucher value must be settled directly with merchant (including applicable taxes).
