1. Purchase your preferred ticket on UPlay.
2. Advance booking is required. Please call +65 6206 9744 or email booking@forestadventure.com.sg to check availability and make your reservation.
3. Inform the team that you are booking through UPlay and provide your UPlay Booking/Reference Number for verification.
4. Once your booking is confirmed, Forest Adventure will issue your booking confirmation.
5. On the day of your visit, present your booking confirmation at the registration counter. Forest Adventure staff will verify your booking and complete the redemption.

• Customer Service operates daily from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enquiries received after operating hours will be attended to on the next working day.
