How to Redeem
Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the WhatsApp contact number. Simply reach out via WhatsApp to arrange your booking.
When you are at the merchant’s location and ready to use your ticket(s), just let their staff know. They'll ask you to tap the Redeem Here button below and will enter a PIN to authenticate your purchase.

This voucher is valid for 3 months from the booking confirmation date. This voucher is non-refundable.
Once a slot is booked, cancellations are not permitted. However, a one-time amendment of the date and time is allowed, subject to the slot availability. Amendment has to be made at least 1 day in advance.
No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Workshops will end on time. A complimentary extension of 30 minutes may be allowed for participants who are unable to complete their work.
Beyond the complimentary 30 minutes extension, a surcharge will apply for every additional 30-minute block.
Photographs and videos may be taken during the workshop for participants’ memories and for our training and marketing purposes. Inform trainers beforehand if you have concerns.
