Terms and Conditions: UPlay Premium Membership Subscription

• These UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPlay Premium Membership Terms and Conditions (“UPM T&Cs”) and should be read together as a whole. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPM T&Cs, the following order of precedence shall apply:

(1) These UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions;
(2) UPM T&Cs;
(3) Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website.

• Words not defined in these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPM T&Cs, unless expressly provided otherwise.

• Complimentary Membership Period: Each eligible purchase includes 6 months of complimentary UPlay Premium Membership. This complimentary period commences immediately from the date of purchase (“Membership Commencement Date”).

• Membership Fees and Billing: Following the expiry of the trial period, you will automatically be transitioned to a paid quarterly subscription (“Subscription Term”).
- The quarterly recurring Membership Fees are as follows:
▪ Members of the public: $18.00 every 6 months
▪ NTUC members: An exclusive rate of $12.00 every 6 months

- Membership Fees will be charged every 6 months in advance to the payment method provided at the time of registration, commencing upon expiry of the complimentary membership period.

- For the purposes of these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions, a “month” shall mean every period of 30 days calculated from the Membership Commencement Date, and a “6-month Subscription Term” shall mean every period of 180 days calculated from the day immediately following the expiry of the complimentary membership period. “Monthly” and “every 6 months” shall be construed accordingly.

• No Minimum Commitment Period: There is no minimum commitment period for UPlay Premium Membership under this Bundle. You may cancel your subscription at any time after purchase.

• Cancellation and Early Termination: You may cancel your UPlay Premium Membership subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future recurring Membership Fees from being charged, subject to the applicable cancellation procedures under the UPM T&Cs. Any Membership Fees already charged are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided under the UPM T&Cs. If you do not wish to continue your membership beyond the complimentary 6-month period, please cancel your subscription before the complimentary period expires to avoid recurring Membership Fees.
