In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPM T&Cs, the following order of precedence shall apply:
(1) These UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions;
(2) UPM T&Cs;

• Promotional Trial Period: Each new subscription includes a complimentary 3-month UPlay Premium Membership trial. This trial period commences immediately from the date of purchase (“Trial Commencement Date”).
• Membership Fees and Billing: Following the expiry of the trial period, you will automatically be transitioned to a paid quarterly subscription (“Subscription Term”).
- The quarterly recurring Membership Fees are as follows:

• Cancellation and Early Termination: There will be no refund of any Membership Fees paid if you choose to cancel or terminate your subscription to UPlay Premium Membership at any time before the expiry of a Subscription Term.
