Step 1 – Purchase on UPlay

Purchase the UPlay Premium Exclusive PS5 Slim Disc Edition 1TB bundle and select your preferred collection outlet.


Step 2 – Receive Your Confirmation Email

Upon successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from UPlay containing your purchase details.


Step 3 – Arrange Your Collection

Contact the merchant via WhatsApp at 9730 5731.

• Quote "UPlay collection" and provide your UPlay Order ID.
• Confirm your selected collection outlet.
• Arrange a suitable collection date and time with the merchant.

Please allow 1–3 working days' lead time for collection at GameMartz outlets.


Step 4 – Visit Your Selected Outlet

Head to your confirmed collection outlet on the arranged date and present your UPlay confirmation email to the staff.


Step 5 – Complete Voucher Redemption

• The staff will verify your purchase details.
• Tap "Redeem Here" in your UPlay confirmation email when instructed.
• The staff will enter the designated redemption PIN to complete the redemption.


Step 6 – Collect Your PS5 Console

Once redemption is completed, the merchant will hand over your pre-owned PS5 console and included accessories.

You may be required to provide your basic particulars for secondhand goods record-keeping purposes.

• All pre-owned consoles are tested and verified to be in working condition by store staff before sale.

• Console sets may or may not come with their original packaging, depending on availability.

• A 3-month store warranty is provided by E3 Distribution Pte Ltd.

• During the warranty period, faults or malfunctions not caused by physical or water damage may be eligible for repair or exchange, subject to inspection and assessment by E3 Distribution.

• Physical damage and water damage are not covered under the warranty.

• Customers are required to provide their basic particulars for record-keeping purposes in accordance with applicable secondhand goods dealer requirements.

• Self-collection is available only at the outlet selected during purchase.

• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the following order of precedence applies:

• Words not defined in the bundle terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the UPM T&Cs or the Terms and Conditions of Use, unless otherwise stated.
