- Ticket includes 2-way rides for one (1) on the Shuttle Service, only for: Bayfront Plaza (Exit B from Bayfront MRT) ←→ Active Garden ←→ Flower Dome
- Shuttle Service will be suspended in the event of heavy rain or lightning warning for the safety of visitors.
- Visit to the attractions, utilization of shuttle service must be completed on the same day and re-entry to attractions is not allowed.
- Child aged from 3-12 years old. Adults aged from 13 years old and above.
- Validity 90 days from date of issuance.
- No Cancellation and Non-refundable.
- Admission ticket sold is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered.
- Admission ticket may not be copied, resold or duplicated and may only be used once.
- For guests who wish to use the ticket on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange. Guests will have to join the queue to board the Shuttle Service and operation of the Shuttle Service is subjected to weather conditions.
- Singapore residents may be required to present proof of residency for admission.
- Admission ticket is not valid for special events.
- Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subject to Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of Gardens by the Bay.
- Gardens by the Bay is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
- Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the attraction(s) due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
Terms and Conditions: UPlay Premium Membership Subscription
• These UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPlay Premium Membership Terms and Conditions (“UPM T&Cs”) and should be read together as a whole. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPM T&Cs, the following order of precedence shall apply:
(1) These UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions;
(2) UPM T&Cs;
(3) Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website.
• Words not defined in these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPM T&Cs, unless expressly provided otherwise.
• Promotional Trial Period: Each new subscription includes a complimentary 3-month UPlay Premium Membership trial. This trial period commences immediately from the date of purchase (“Trial Commencement Date”).
• Membership Fees and Billing: Following the expiry of the trial period, you will automatically be transitioned to a paid quarterly subscription (“Subscription Term”).
- The quarterly recurring Membership Fees are as follows:
▪ Members of the public: $9.00 per quarter
▪ NTUC members: An exclusive rate of $6.00 per quarter
- Membership Fees will be charged quarterly in advance on the first day of each Subscription Term to the payment method provided at the time of registration.
- For the purposes of these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions, a “month” shall mean every period of 30 days calculated from the day falling immediately after the expiry of the complimentary trial period and a “quarter” shall mean every period of 90 days calculated from the day falling immediately after the expiry of the complimentary trial period, and “monthly” and “quarterly” shall be construed accordingly.
• Minimum Commitment Period: A minimum contract period of 12 months (“Commitment Period”) of UPlay Premium Membership applies when you purchase this Bundle. The Commitment Period begins on the Trial Commencement Date.
• Cancellation and Early Termination: There will be no refund of any Membership Fees paid if you choose to cancel or terminate your subscription to UPlay Premium Membership at any time before the expiry of a Subscription Term. If you do not wish to continue your subscription to UPlay Premium Membership after the expiry of the complimentary trial period, please cancel your subscription in accordance with the UPM T&Cs before any Membership Fees are incurred.
