• Guest must be present in person with the confirmation email for verification during check-in.
• Please note that the occupancy limit for Rainforest room is two persons, and breakfast is not included.
• Guest can check-in after 3pm on day one of the stay and check-out before 11am on the next day.
• The guest and his/her guests may not move furnishings or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the rooms or on the premises of the resort without the consent of the Management. Any damage to the room and the resort's fixtures, fittings, and furnishings will be charged to the staff and his/her guests accordingly. A minimum S$100 cleaning fee will be imposed for excessively messy or dirty rooms.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of D' Resort. All other premises in D' Resort have a non-smoking policy, and S$200 will be charged to the staff and his/her guests for any violation.
• Should the fire alarm be activated by the staff and his/her guests and if it is found to be a false alarm, a charge of S$500 will be imposed.
• Catering of food is only allowed through our appointed caterer. No other caterers are allowed in the resort premises. Catering venue will be advised accordingly.
• Cooking and naked flames are not allowed.
• Maximum two persons are permitted to stay in the room based on room type and bedding configuration. For personal safety, please abide strictly by the maximum room occupancy due to the Fire & Safety Code as stipulated by the SCDF Fire Code Review Committee and the FSSD Standing Committee. All visitors are to leave the resort 
  premises after 11pm and the Management reserves all rights to escort out any additional person who does not comply with the T&Cs.

Terms and Conditions: UPlay Premium Membership Subscription

• Promotional Trial Period: Each new subscription includes a complimentary three (3) month UPlay Premium Membership trial. This trial period commences immediately upon successful registration.
• Subscription Fees and Billing: Following the conclusion of the trial period, members will be automatically transitioned to a paid monthly subscription. The monthly recurring fees are as follows:
  - Public Subscribers: $3.00 per month.
  - NTUC Members: An exclusive rate of $2.00 per month.
• Subscription fees will be charged monthly to the payment method provided at the time of registration.
• Minimum Commitment Period: A minimum contract period of twelve (12) months of active membership applies. This period begins from the first day of the complimentary trial.
• Cancellation and Early Termination: Early termination or "opt-out" from the UPlay Premium Membership is strictly prohibited during the commitment period. Subscribers are eligible to request cancellation or termination of their membership only after the completion of the 12th month of active membership.
