Please visit the Travel Team during working hours to pick up your voucher(s) after successful payment. Follow the instructions on the voucher to book your preferred ferry schedule.

• Batam Fast’s Terms and Conditions:
• It is advisable to obtain your boarding pass in advance to avoid long queues on the actual departure date. At the time of collection, please present a copy of each traveller's passport and the travel voucher along with any other valid documentation, e.g. visa, etc. Advanced collection can be done from any of Batam Fast counters during off-peak times (between 10am – 9pm SG time if from Harbourfront Centre or Batam Center, 10am – 4pm SG time for all other counters). 
• Standard pre-immigration clearance and boarding are one hour (off-peak period) / two hours (peak period) before departure time. Late clearance and boarding are not allowed by the relevant authorities.
• Please ensure the correct details on your boarding pass (departure date and time, sector, passenger name, and passport number). Otherwise, you will be denied entry at the pre-immigration. Amendments are only allowed at least 45 minutes before departure time.  
• Please make sure that you are traveling with valid documents & visas, including passport validity of not less than 185 days from the travel dates. Please ensure that all passenger details provided are accurate. Otherwise, Batamfast will not be able to issue your boarding pass and your ticket is not eligible for a full refund. Refund conditions based on your ticket type, will apply. Batamfast is not responsible for any consequences imposed by the applicable/governing authorities (Immigration) for any inaccurate and/or wrong declaration of details, or despite meeting the travel document requirements. If you are traveling to Batam: If you are holding a special, temporary, emergency passport or any other travel document other than a regular passport, a valid Visa issued by the Indonesian Embassy is required prior to your trip. The result for the incomplete, inaccurate/wrong declaration of details may include - and not limited to - fines and penalties up to IDR 50,000,000.00 (which we will rightfully collect from you), denial of entry/exit, and/or others.

• Kindly inform us if you will bring any bicycle, golf bag or odd sized items. Bringing in such items without prior notice may be denied boarding or transferred to a later ferry should it exceed the allotment for such items. • As the travel requirements worldwide continue to change from time to time, there are times when the information stated on our website might not be up-to-date and may be obsolete at the time you are viewing it. Therefore, for more reliable, latest, and verified information in your destinations, we strongly encourage all travelers to also check the travel restrictions with the respective government of your destination country / state directly prior travelling with us.  
• If you are returning to Singapore, please don't forget to submit your SG Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days prior to your arrival. Submission is free. This applies to all travellers including Singapore Citizens, Permanent Resident, Long-term Pass Holders, and children. Submit via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard / or MyICA mobile app (Google or Apple Store).
