I. Application is done via UPlay portal before the closing date indicated for the activity.
II. Application for the activity is subject to balloting if the number of applications exceeds the maximum number of participants allocated for the activity. Balloting will be done on the next working day after each closing date.
III. Successful applicants who do not attend or withdraw from their selected activities for 2 times in the calendar year, will be ineligible to apply for any other activities for the remaining of the calendar year.
IV. Employees are expected to participate in the social & recreational activities organized under UPlay on their own personal time. If your selected activities fall during your scheduled work hours, you must apply for leave according to company policy.
V. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in these external social & recreational activities is voluntary and in your own personal capacity and time, and that these activities are not deemed in any manner as being work-related.
