I. All SBS Transit permanent employees and contract employees (on > 1 year contract) are eligible to apply for the D’Resort@Downtown East staycation room.

II. The co-payment on the booking rate is $80.00 for each 3-day / 2-night stay at D’Resort@Downtown East with 4 Wild Wild Wet admission tickets and 1 BBQ pit usage on Day 2 of stay period only.

III. Application is done via UPlay portal before the closing date indicated in the PDF of “STAYCATION BOOKING DATES FOR 2026”.

IV. Staycation room application is subject to balloting and only successful applicants will be informed via email from UPlay.

V. An employee can be allocated a staycation room once every calendar year (subject to availability). However, this condition may be waived if no application is received from other staff.

VI. Balloting will be done on the next working day after each closing date.

VII. All successful ballot application's co-payment will be deducted directly through the following month's payroll.

VIII. An employee is not allowed to withdraw his application once it is successful. Should the employee decide to withdraw his application with valid reasons, he would need to inform the Human Resource Department immediately.

IX. The Company reserves the right to take any appropriate action it deems neccessary against any employee found guilty of violating any of the following conditions:
a. Subletting of premises or transfer of bookings is strictly prohibited;
b. Breakage or damage to property in the D’Resort@Downtown East;
c. Misuse of staycation unit; and
d. Failure to comply with rules and regulations set out by the D’Resort @Downtown East.
