• Excludes Public Holidays 
• Rescheduling: Any postponement with less than 4 hours’ notice is strictly not allowed. 
• No refunds for cancellations.

Redemption Process

• WhatsApp us at 9751 2407 to book your slot at least 3 days in advance.
• Forward your UPlay confirmation email during booking.
• When you are at the merchant’s location and ready to use your ticket(s), just let their staff know. They'll ask you to tap the Redeem Here button below and will enter a PIN to authenticate your purchase.
• Voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase – please redeem within this period; no extensions allowed.

• Workshop is strictly for 4 pax per package.
• Any additional miniatures or customization beyond what’s included must be paid separately.
• Workshop rescheduling and cancellation policies apply.
• Food, drinks, and transport not included. 

• Postponement: Rescheduling with less than 4 hours’ notice is not allowed. Each workshop may only be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not available on holidays or eves. 
• No-Show Policy: If you miss the rescheduled date or do not attend within 2 months of payment, the order is considered completed with no further claims. 
• Inaccuracies: While we aim for accuracy on our website, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct and update information anytime without prior notice. 
• Colours: Product colours may differ slightly due to monitor variations. 
• Miniatures: Decorative only. Colour fading may occur under light exposure; we are not liable for this. 
• Plant Policy: Plants may differ slightly from images and may require periodic refresh. Longevity varies, and care is the customer’s responsibility. 
• Care Instructions: General advice is provided, but plant survival depends on environment, which we cannot control. 
• Glass Container: If out of stock, we will provide a similar size/shape of equal or higher value. 
• No Cancellation/Refund: All orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
