• Promotional Trial Period: Each new subscription includes a complimentary three (3) month UPlay Premium Membership trial. This trial period commences immediately upon successful registration.
• Subscription Fees and Billing: Following the conclusion of the trial period, members will be automatically transitioned to a paid monthly subscription. The monthly recurring fees are as follows:
  - Public Subscribers: $3.00 per month.
  - NTUC Members: An exclusive rate of $2.00 per month.
• Subscription fees will be charged monthly to the payment method provided at the time of registration.
• Minimum Commitment Period: A minimum contract period of 1 year of active membership applies.This period begins from the first day of the complimentary trial.
• Cancellation and Early Termination: Early termination or "opt-out" from the UPlay Premium Membership is strictly prohibited during the commitment period. Subscribers are eligible to request cancellation or termination of their membership only after the completion of the 1 year of active membership.
