Terms and Conditions: UPlay Premium Membership Subscription

• These UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPlay Premium Membership Terms and Conditions (“UPM T&Cs”) and should be read together as a whole. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPM T&Cs, the following order of precedence shall apply:

(1) These UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions;
(2) UPM T&Cs;
(3) Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website.

• Words not defined in these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions of Use of our Website and the UPM T&Cs, unless expressly provided otherwise.

• Promotional Trial Period: Each new subscription includes a complimentary 3-month UPlay Premium Membership trial. This trial period commences immediately from the date of purchase (“Trial Commencement Date”).

• Membership Fees and Billing: Following the expiry of the trial period, you will automatically be transitioned to a paid quarterly subscription (“Subscription Term”).
- The quarterly recurring Membership Fees are as follows:
▪ Members of the public: $9.00 per quarter
▪ NTUC members: An exclusive rate of $6.00 per quarter

- Membership Fees will be charged quarterly in advance on the first day of each Subscription Term to the payment method provided at the time of registration.

- For the purposes of these UPlay Premium Membership Bundle Terms and Conditions, a “month” shall mean every period of 30 days calculated from the day falling immediately after the expiry of the complimentary trial period and a “quarter” shall mean every period of 90 days calculated from the day falling immediately after the expiry of the complimentary trial period, and “monthly” and “quarterly” shall be construed accordingly.

• Minimum Commitment Period: A minimum contract period of 12 months (“Commitment Period”) of UPlay Premium Membership applies when you purchase this Bundle. The Commitment Period begins on the Trial Commencement Date.

• Cancellation and Early Termination: There will be no refund of any Membership Fees paid if you choose to cancel or terminate your subscription to UPlay Premium Membership at any time before the expiry of a Subscription Term. If you do not wish to continue your subscription to UPlay Premium Membership after the expiry of the complimentary trial period, please cancel your subscription in accordance with the UPM T&Cs before any Membership Fees are incurred.
