1. Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the branch contact details.
2. Contact your preferred outlet via WhatsApp or phone to schedule your first class.
3. Reservation is required for all classes and is subject to availability.
4. Show your confirmation email to the merchant upon arrival. The merchant will key in the PIN to complete the redemption.

• Customers are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry to minimise disruption to the class.

• Voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Promotion is strictly for first-time customers of Amore Fitness only. Existing customers, active package holders, current members, customers with previous trial purchases, and former members who have been inactive for less than 12 months are not eligible.
• Valid for female customers aged 18 years and above only.

• The first class attended will activate the 2-week pass, which expires 14 consecutive calendar days thereafter, regardless of usage.

• Class bookings are subject to availability and studio capacity.
• Customers must comply with all studio rules, safety requirements and instructor directions during classes.
• Three (3) no-shows and/or late cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will result in immediate termination of the voucher.
• No compensation, replacement classes, extension of validity or refunds will be provided for missed, forfeited or terminated passes.
• Classes, instructors, schedules and operating hours may be changed without prior notice.
• Voucher is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, products, services or credit.
• No extension of validity will be granted upon expiry of the voucher or pass.
• Purchases beyond the voucher value must be settled directly with the merchant, including applicable taxes.
