Other Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: This package is exclusively for new customers who have never purchased any passes or visited either Boulder Planet location or Boruda Climbing before. 
• One-Time Purchase: Each person is limited to purchasing this package only once. 
• Onboarding Location: The required onboarding class must be attended at a Boulder Planet location and cannot be taken at Boruda Climbing. 
• Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 13 years old. 
• Onboarding Prerequisite: You must attend your onboarding class before you can begin using the 2-week unlimited entry. 
• Cancellations: Our policies for early and late cancellations apply (please refer to the Boulder Planet FAQ for details). 
• Late Arrival: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Whether a class can be postponed for latecomers will be decided on a case-by-case basis. 
• Package Restrictions: This package is non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be shared.
