How to Redeem

After purchase, you will receive an email confirming your payment. This email will include the WhatsApp number for CraftBeast Handmade. Contact them via WhatsApp to schedule your booking.

• Voucher is valid for up to 3 months to be utilised from the date of purchase.  
• No cancellations and refunds are allowed for this activity.  
• Payment will be forfeited if the customer fails to let us know 24 hours before the scheduled slot that they are not able to attend. 
• Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for three months from the date of purchase.  
• Non-Refundable: All purchases are final. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.  
• Forfeiture Policy: If you are not able to attend your scheduled appointment, you must notify CraftBeast at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
