Bintan Resort Ferry Schedule:
Departure from Singapore to Bintan at 0810hrs (Singapore time GMT +8).
Departure from Bintan to Singapore at 1835hrs (Bintan time GMT +7).

How to Redeem

After booking, please email to travel@uplay.com.sg with the following details:

1. A copy of all travellers' passport images for our team to verify and process the booking.
2. Additional payments are to be made via Paynow (QR).

*Failure to provide the passport images at least 10 working days before the departure date may result in your booking being unfulfilled.

• Promo fare is valid for Daytrip travel on Economy Class.

• Once bookings are confirmed, ferry tickets are non-refundable.
