Other Terms & Conditions 

• Booking a timeslot is required before your visit. You can do this online at www.ticketing.emint.com/reservations.
• Tickets are valid for 90 days from the date you book them. 
• There are separate ticket prices for children (aged 7-12) and adults (aged 13 and above). 
• Your ticket allows you one entry at the specific date and time you booked. You cannot re-enter the museum with the same ticket. 
• Make sure your ticket is valid! The museum will not allow entry with invalid tickets, including those already used, lost, or expired. Also, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once used. 
• The museum may ask you to show ID or proof of nationality to enter. They can deny entry if you don't meet the ticket conditions. 
• The museum's opening days, hours, and last entry time may change without notice. Check their website for the latest information before you go. They won't offer refunds due to these changes. 
• The museum may close galleries temporarily or permanently for maintenance or other reasons. This could include technical issues, safety concerns, special events, or private functions. In these cases, they won't offer ticket replacements or refunds.  
• If you damage anything in the museum, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.  
• The museum is not liable for any claims, expenses, or damages related to your visit.  
• Bullying or threatening staff or other visitors is not allowed.  
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the galleries to maintain hygiene. Visitors who don't follow the rules may not be allowed to enter the museum.
