• Booking: Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, cancelled, or extended. 
• Discounts: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.  
• Pricing: All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST). 
• Swimming Ability: Strong swimming skills are required for all water sports activities.  
• Weight Limit: The maximum weight limit for the Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) is 90kg.  
• Amenities: Lockers and showers are available on-site.  
• Age Restrictions:  
  - Participants must be at least 10 years old to use the SUP. 
  - Children under 12 must be able to fit into a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).
