1) A copy of all travellers' passport images for our team to verify and process the booking. 
2) Additional payments are to be made via Paynow (QR).
3) Please inform our Play customer service the following details

*Failure to provide the passport images at least 10 working days before the departure date may result in your booking being unfulfilled.

• Booking closes 7 days before departure.
• A $20 per person surcharge applies for non-NTUC members.
